Rick worked for Nampa Highway District for 25 years as an Equipment Operator. He also has been a member of the Melba Volunteer Fire Dept. for many years. Ricks dad was a Nampa Highway Commissioner some years ago.

Norman was born and raised in Nampa, Idaho. Norman is married to Julie Rambo, has 2 children, Marshall and Morgan. Norman graduated from Nampa High in 1977, Attended the University of Idaho-Business School from 1977 to 1981. Graduated Boise State University in 1984 with a B.S. in Criminology. Norman was Assistant Manager of Rambo Crushing Company Inc. from 1985 to 1999. Norman currently owns NCR Truck and Equipment Repair. |
